The Micro Sprite is our highest rated 2 wheel scooter for ages 6 up to adults. It offers a lot of Micro quality and style for a great price. With its cool colors and fantastically smooth glide, the Sprite is everyone's favorite - from kids to moms and commuters. The Sprite is strong yet lightweight, only 5.5 lbs, with a maximum rider load of 220 lbs and an adjustable height handle bar that extends to accommodate both kids and adults. The Sprite is also a great travel and commuter scooter - it can be folded up quickly and easily for carrying or storing away, and the built-in kickstand allows quick upright “parking.”

For daily use, the Sprite is ideal for kids 6+, teens, and lighter-weight adults. For special occasions and for travel, an adult of up to 220 lbs can be comfortable on the Sprite - it's a great way to roll on a family trip and a cinch to carry around with our Micro carry strap.

For frequent use, we would direct adults to the Micro Classic or the Flex. All parts are replaceable on Micro’s adult and children’s scooters and kickboards.

Our 16mo daughter loves riding on this scooter

So glad I picked this scooter instead of the Doona trike, it’s 1/3 of the price and I think she will actually use this as she grows, more so than the trike. It’s really well made, such great quality and design! I was worried that it was going to be hard to steer, nope! It glides and steers like a dream with just a bit of a tilt with the handle bar. Definitely recommend getting this for your LO!

Push feature not great

My little one was excited to sit on the scooter… however, I found it almost impossible to push him in any direction besides straight ahead. An adult really just cannot steer it for the child by pushing from behind. For our purposes, this made it impractical to use, and I was very disappointed.

Micro Maxi Deluxe Foldable

I decided to get a Micro brand for durability, ease of use and color variations. My 5yr. old absolutely loved it with its striking colors and smooth operation. Finally I can keep up!

After running after the kids on their scooters a few times I realized I needed a scooter of my own. I bought the classic for my husband (6’2”) and it fits him great. I can easily ride it without adjusting as well. I’m 5’5”. I was surprised I needed a little practice with the balance but a few rides later and I was off and scooting! A great purchase and I can finally keep up with my kids!

I can finally keep up with my kids

After spending every afternoon running after my kids on their scooters (we live in a neighborhood with a good amount of traffic that comes through), I decided it was time to get my own. I thought there would be a bit of a learning curve and I would have to wear a disguise so my neighbors wouldn’t see me stumbling and falling trying to learn how to ride, but there was no need. The wheels are large enough on the scooter that the minute I stepped on it, I felt perfectly stable. Very easy to ride. Kickstand works great and easy to fold up. Now I have no problem keeping up with my kids and we’re having fun as a little family scooter gang. 10/10!
