As part of the “1% for the Planet” initiative, Micro Kickboard donates 1% of the sales of the ECO children's scooter product line to non-profit organizations dedicated to protecting the environment. Proceeds donated by Micro also support Right To Play in their mission to protect, educate and empower children to rise above adversity through the power of play. For 25 years, Right To Play has been a global leader in helping children learn and improve their well-being through play – one of the most fundamental forces in a child’s life. Right To Play reaches millions of children each year in some of the most difficult places on earth, helping them to stay in school and graduate, resist exploitation, overcome prejudice, heal from trauma, and develop the skills they need to thrive The proceeds donated from Micro to support Parley’s Educational Programs provide worldwide access to ocean education, tools, and experiences, inspiring marine conservation, and empowering a network of impactful leaders: Ocean Guardians. For each Micro product purchased during select times throughout the year, we’re donating a portion of our proceeds to causes we’re passionate about. We focus on sustainability, childhood nutrition & exercise, housing, and transportation efforts. On this page you can find the most up-to-date information about who your purchase supports.
In 2021, you helped us donate over $40,000 to organizations that clean the ocean, make transportation more accessible, and work with districts to make school lunches more sustainable.
