Congrats on your new Micro! You've made a valuable investment. All Micro Kickboard products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturer's defects. This warranty safeguards against craftsmanship faults, and if your product has a manufacturing issue, we'll either repair it or provide spare parts, free of charge. If repair is impractical, we'll, at our discretion, replace the product. Please note that for a no-charge exchange, the defective item must be returned within 30 days, or the customer will be responsible for the full price of the exchanged item.

Who is covered?
  • • The original purchaser who bought the product from an authorized dealer
  • • Registration is required for coverage
What is not covered?
  • • Second-hand product
  • • Modified or altered product
  • • Poorly maintained product (left outside)
  • • Normal wear and tear
  • • Any damage, failure, or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, theft, or failure to follow instructions or warnings in owner’s manual
  • • Wear and tear on wheels
  • • Wear and tear on grip tapes
  • • Improper or abnormal use
  • • Excessive load
  • • Cosmetic issues such as fading or scratching
Please note, the warranty submission form below is only applicable for scooters purchased within the United States from microkickboard.com, Amazon, and/or other authorized (USA-based) Micro retailers. The warranty is non-transferrable and is valid for the original purchaser only. Micro Kickboard’s warranty parts/service is solely available within the United States and does not carry over should you move to a different country. In order to register your Micro scooter, you will need the serial number found on the bottom of your product.
