Product Repair Request
[U.S. purchases only] Congrats on your new Micro! You have made a quality investment. All Micro Kickboard products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. This warranty protects against defects and faults in craftsmanship. If the product has a manufacturing fault, we will repair it or send out spare parts, free of charge. If not practical to repair it we will, at our discretion, replace the product. Note: If a product is being exchanged at no charge, the defective item must be returned within 30 days, or the customer will be responsible to pay the full price of the exchanged item.Who is covered? The original purchaser who bought the product from an authorized dealer. Registration is required. What is not covered? Second-hand product, modified or altered product, poorly maintained product (left outside), normal wear and tear, any damage, failure, or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, theft, or failure to follow instructions or warnings in owner’s manual, wear and tear on wheels, wear and tear on grip tapes, improper or abnormal use, excessive load, or cosmetic issues such as fading or scratching.
