Returns Policy | Initiating a Return

Micro Kickboard offers flat-rate $10 returns for all scooters and kickboards purchased at microkickboard.com. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be NEW, UNUSED only and must have been purchased directly from microkickboard.com within the last thirty (30) days. If an item is returned that is not new/unused, the right to a refund will be forfeited.

Holiday Returns: For orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, we offer an extended return window through January 31st.

Please note: if you have an item that is not new/unused, please contact the Customer Support team for options at info@microkickboard.com.

Returns are not valid on helmets, Warehouse Deals/Discontinued or Used items.

Please note, parts and accessories are not (normally) eligible for our $10 return service. The reason for this is because a majority of our parts and accessories are priced around $10 or less.  If you are returning multiple parts or accessories and are interested in the $10 service, please send our team an email with the request (info@microkickboard.com).

For scooter returns, start your return online using this form. Use the emailed return label to send your merchandise back. A fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label, which covers return shipping/restocking.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed and refunded.

 

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return your current item(s) for a refund using this form. A fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label, which covers return shipping/restocking.

You can then place a brand-new order (ASAP!) for the desired merchandise.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed and refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not received in new/unused condition.

 

Item Received as Gift?

If you received the item as a gift, we are able to offer store credit for any returned items; the store credit would equal whatever the purchaser spent on the item in the original order.  For this to work, the item(s) need to be originally purchased on our direct website. You can begin your return for gifts using this form. A fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label, which covers return shipping/restocking.
