• For scooter returns, start your return online using this form. Use the emailed return label to send your  merchandise back. A fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label, which covers  return shipping/restocking. 

    Returns are not valid on helmets, Warehouse Deals/Discontinued or Used items.

  • Micro Kickboard offers flat-rate $10 returns for all scooters and kickboards purchased at microkickboard.com. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be NEW, UNUSED only and must have been purchased directly from microkickboard.com within the last thirty (30) days. If an item is returned that is not new/unused, the right to a refund will be forfeited.

  • For orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, we offer an extended return window through January 31st.

  • Please note, parts and accessories are not normally eligible for our $10 return service. The reason for this is because a majority of our parts and accessories are priced around $10 or less.

    That said, if you are interested in a part/accessory return (with or without the $10 label), please fill out this form.

    Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed and refunded.

  • We do not offer standard exchanges. Instead, you can return your original purchase for a refund and then make a new purchase for the desired new item(s). If you need the new item more quickly, a new purchase can be made via an authorized retail shop or via Amazon as well. You can then return your original purchase to us as time allows following our normal return policy.

  • If you have an item that is not new/unused, please contact the Customer Service team for options.

  • For eligible items purchased on our direct website only (www.microkickboard.com), recipients may be eligible to return for store credit.

    The original purchaser is not notified when items are returned in this manner. The store credit would equal the amount the purchaser spent on the item in the original order minus our $10 return fee, which covers usage of the return label.

    You can begin your 'return for gift request' using this form. If eligible, gift cards are processed and emailed over within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned merchandise. Please contact us with any questions regarding your returns.
