  • Due to several shifts in the cost of doing business, including import-related expenses, we implemented a price adjustment as of May 1st, 2025.

    We’ve held off as long as we could and are working hard to keep changes as minimal as possible.

    Why did prices change?

    Like many small businesses, we’re feeling the impact of rising costs, including but not limited to the new tariffs on goods we import. We’ve absorbed as much as we can, but a price adjustment is now necessary to keep things running smoothly, and to continue providing the quality product and service expected.

    Are there inventory restrictions?

    Some items might be out of stock temporarily. We totally understand how frustrating that can be. As soon as we are able to, we will work on restocking, though we do not currently have a set timeline on this at the moment and are unable to backorder. We have put measures in place to help replenish many items somewhat quickly once able, but in the meantime, if there's anything we can help you find or if you’re looking for alternative options within the brand, we’re happy to help!

  • All Micro products are offered in case packs of 4 units by style, with color mixing available in two’s.

    For example, you may order (2) Mini Deluxe - Blue and (2) Mini Deluxe - Pink to fill your casepack. The ability to mix colors may be restricted briefly during peak holiday times.

  • We offer free freight on all prepaid orders.

  • Orders may be placed directly on this website or via e-mail to orders@microkickboard.com.

  • Our warehouse team works diligently to ensure all orders ship in a reasonable timeframe. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Our processing time is subject to delays during peak holiday times.

  • In order to uphold the image of our brand, we require all retailers to maintain MSRP pricing or higher at all times except during designated Micro Kickboard sales. Email notifications will be sent during these joint sale periods. The MSRP pricing is our MAP.

  • Yes! We permit and encourage retailers to sell Micro products on their website. However, we prohibit selling our products on third party websites, such as Amazon, Google Express, Shopify's Shop App, or Walmart. Additionally, we do not permit selling or shipping our products internationally.

  • Our customer service team is available as a resource both to our retailers and their customers. Because all parts are replaceable, we ask that you direct any customer service needs to our team, rather than offering replacement items from your inventory. Our team is unable to issue credits for scooters that are replaced without prior approval from our wholesale team.
