Shipping notices are sent out at the time orders are shipped. (Exceptions may also apply for any order which requires additional review for various reasons). Transit time varies depending on the customer proximity to our warehouse, located in Grand Rapids, MI.

All scooter and kickboard orders typically arrive within 1 – 5 business days after shipping.

Most parts and smaller item orders (not containing a scooter) typically do not require more than 5-7 business days of transit time.
