I bought the Micro Kickboard Maxi scooter for my granddaughter's 5th birthday. Layla loves it. She rides it in the house, on the sidewalk, and brings it with her when she comes to visit. I just wish that there had been an option to purchase with LED wheels installed. I bought the LED wheels thinking that it would be easy to remove and replace the wheels. Unfortunately, the axel bolts were too tight to unscrew, and it took several hours to drill out the heads of the original bolts and remove the wheels. Fortunately, customer service was excellent and sent new axels at no cost to me. They even offered to cover the cost for me to return the scooter for them to replace the wheels, but I didn't have time to do that before Layla's birthday.

Purchased for our middle, Grandson's 8th birthday as an upgrade to his 1st Micro Scooter. (His 1st scooter has been given to his younger brother who is 4.) He and his older brother (10) ride their scooters to the park with one or both of their parents. They really like how quickly they can get to the park and the playground with their scooters.

My kids have both the maxi and mini scooters and love them. They are very comfortable learning to scoot due to the stability of the scooter and the ability to adjust the handle bars to ideal height. Excellent service as well. Well made and allows for parts to be replaced and fixed rather than purchasing a new scooter entirely. Also have an adult size that I purchase for myself!
