The Mini Scooter was developed with a lean-to-steer design that helps children learn balance and coordination through an intuitive process. As they turn, children naturally lean their body left or right, guiding the scooter in that direction. This is a weight-shifting skill used in many sports, and it helps build confidence early on. 

This beloved toddler scooter is designed with convenience in mind. It arrives fully assembled, has a foldable T-bar that clicks down easily for travel and storage, and has all replaceable parts. Motion-activated LED wheels also add a dazzling touch of fun—no batteries required!

  • Micro Kickboard's Eco Collection is created from recycled plastic waste from the ocean. Fishing gear such as nets, ropes, and trawls is transformed into high-quality "Green Plastic" and then used to create most parts of the ECO Scooters. This not only reduces plastic waste in the oceans, but also reduces air pollution from the creation of new materials.

    To further reduce waste, fully biodegradable packaging is used for our ECO products.

  • The Mini and Maxi Scooters are both three-wheeled kickboards for kids that come in a variety of colors and styles. Their difference lies in size and ideal age ranges:

    Mini Scooters are usually ideal for ages 2-5, with a T-bar height range of 19.2-27 inches (ideal placement of the handlebars is at the child's belly button/ribcage area). Mini Scooter decks are 12 x 4.5 inches. Max rider weight: 110 lbs.

    Maxi Scooters are usually ideal for ages 5-12, with a T-bar height range of 26.5-35.75 inches (ideal placement of the handlebars is at the child's belly button/ribcage area). Maxi Scooter decks are 13 x 5.5 inches. Max rider weight: 110 lbs.

  • Micro Mini Scooters are designed for ages 2-5, with optional seat and push-bar attachments on models such as the Mini Rock & Go and Mini 3in1 accommodating our youngest riders as young as age 1.

  • Micro Mini Scooters are built with premium materials that last, and feature lean-to-steer technology which offers a smoother, more stable ride that helps your child develop balance, coordination, and confidence.

  • Instead of traditional 90-degree handlebar steering (found on two-wheel scooters and bikes), Micro's three-wheel kickboards steer by riders shifting their weight side-to-side (similar to a skateboard). This helps riders develop their balance and gross motor skills while creating a fun and intuitive riding experience.

  • The Micro Mini Scooter helps build coordination, balance, and confidence while encouraging active play and outdoor exploration. At playgrounds, campgrounds, and on the way to school, the Mini Scooter also encourages social interactions between kids as well as opportunities to teach safety rules like wearing a helmet and stopping at street corners.
