For most two-wheel scooters:

To unfold, first open the silver or black clamp found on the right side of the T-bars base. Next, push in the silver button on the base and unfold our scooter until the T-bar clicks into place. Finally, close the clamp to secure in place.

To fold, open the silver or black clamp at the base of the T-bar. Then simultaneously push in the buttons on either side of the T-bar base while folding the T-bar down towards the deck. Finally, close the silver/black clamp securely.

For the Sprite Suspension Scooter:

To unfold, pull the black folding lever (found on the T-bar, close to the deck) with your toe (this can be tricky at first, but practice makes perfect!). Pull apart the T-bar and deck until the black lever clicks into place. 

To fold, pull the black folding lever with your toe and let the front of your scooter drop to the ground while folding the T-bar towards the deck until the lever clicks into place.
