Micro Kickboard Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Overview

The Micro Kickboard Referral Program allows individuals ("Referrer") to earn a $15 reward by inviting friends ("Referred Customers") to make their first purchase of a Micro Kickboard scooter. By participating in this program, you agree to the below Terms & Conditions, as well as Micro Kickboard’s Terms of Service and Micro Kickboard’s Privacy Policy.


2. Eligibility

  • Participants: This program is open to individuals located within the United States who are 18 years or older. Referred Customers must be first-time purchasers on MicroKickboard.com

  • Exclusions: Employees of Micro Kickboard and affiliated wholesale store accounts are not eligible to participate in the referral program.

  • Personal Use: Participation is for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not use the program for affiliate lead generation or business purposes.

 

3. How the Program Works

  • Referral: To make a referral, visit our official referral page and follow the instructions to generate your unique referral link; alternately you may enter the email address of the friend you wish to refer, and a referral email will be sent directly to them with your unique referral link.

  • Qualified Referral: A “Qualified Referral” occurs when a new customer (who is not you) uses your unique link to complete their first purchase of a full-price scooter.

  • Referred Customer Reward: Upon using a valid referral link, the Referred Customer will receive a code valid for $15 off their first full-price scooter purchase. This code is only valid for use by first-time purchasers from MicroKickboard.com, and must be used by the email address provided during the referral process. Referred Customer discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer or product discount; may be used only for personal, family, or household purposes; and may not be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent. Codes expire 30 days after they are delivered. Void where prohibited by law.

  • Referrer Reward: After the Referred Customer makes a successful purchase, you will receive a $15 reward code after a 30 day waiting period, in order to allow time to confirm a successful purchase.

 

4. Reward Issuance & Usage

  • Timing: Reward codes are issued to the Referrer 30 days after a first-time purchase made by the Referred Customer at MicroKickboard.com. Please note that you will not receive immediate confirmation of your reward; the notification containing your coupon code will be sent via email 30 days post-purchase.

  • Stacking: Reward codes may be stacked and used together when redeeming for a purchase. Reward codes are only valid towards the purchase of full-price items from MicroKickboard.com, and may not be combined with any other product discounts.

  • Reward Value: If the value of your reward code(s) exceeds the total amount of your purchase, the unused portion will be forfeited. No change, credit, or cash equivalent will be given for any unused value. Each reward code can only be used once and must be redeemed in a single transaction. Void where prohibited by law.

  • Expiration: All reward codes issued to Referrers expire six (6) months after the date they are issued. After this date, unused rewards will lapse and cannot be reinstated or redeemed.

 

5. Program Integrity & Restrictions

  • Annual Limit: To prevent abuse, participants are limited to a maximum of six (6) referral rewards per calendar year. Micro Kickboard reserves the right to disqualify participants who exceed this limit or who are identified as "bad actors" attempting to manipulate the program.

  • No Self-Referral: You may not refer yourself or create multiple/fake accounts to obtain rewards. The Referrer and the Referred Customer cannot be the same person.

  • Program Integrity: All referral rewards are subject to checks and approval. We may delay giving a voucher while we verify the referral. We may also choose not to approve a referral or issue a voucher for any reason.

  • Anti-Spam: You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws. Sharing referral links on public coupon/voucher sites, third-party forums, or marketplaces is strictly prohibited. Any form of unsolicited commercial email (spam) is grounds for immediate termination from the program.

 

6. Right to Modify or Terminate

Micro Kickboard reserves the right to change, pause, or terminate the Referral Program at any time for any reason, without advance notice. We may also disqualify any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or questionable activity. All decisions made by Micro Kickboard regarding the program are final.
