Top "O" of handlebar can be reached from 17-20 inches thanks to its circular shape; the material of the "O" portion is a soft and easy for little kids' hands to grip. We have found that this handlebar is preferable (over the taller T-bar) for kiddos standing between 20-30 inches tall.

The quality is outstanding but the best part is now my 1 almost 2 year old van keep up with his 4 year old sister. He can steer completely on his own. We went for a 2 mike walk the other day and he rode his scooter unassisted the entire way! I’d highly suggest the O-bar attachment for the little ones that are enthusiastic about learning to ride a scooter butbare not tall enough to use the T bar.
